hi all,
please help.The sales journal id is not apprear in shipper screen .
The shipper status is closed.
I have never seen before where a shipper status is closed but no sales journal id created, unless the shipper was cancelled.
By chance, was your shipper cancelled? Were all the line items on your shipper fulfilled?
