ReportReport

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on an electronic reporting for purchase orders. I have some issues regarding the footer. In my EXCEL template, i use a format (grey letters and font size: 16), when i upload this template, it does not use the format. Here is my EXCEL template footer:

Here is the purchase order printed from "Purchase Order confirmation":

Does someone have a solution for this ?

Thank you !

    Hi,

Do you have multiple templates uploaded and if so, have you selected and mapped the right one?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Pierre,

    Many thanks for the confirmation.

In your template there are 3 fields denominated q, q and q.

Is this a single and combined field?

What name have you defined for this field in the name manager in your Excel template?

How is this field mapped in your electronic report?

Would be great if you could share those details.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

How it is in my Excel Template:

How do you define a name for a footer ? It does not appear in my name management (in contrary to the other cells).

Here is my electronic reporting designer:

    Hi Pierre,

    Many thanks for the update.

I think what you try doing is currently not supported in excel.

An excel field always needs a name convention that you can then map in your ER.

Below is an example from the standard free text invoice template where I highlighted you the naming convention.

I don't see a way how one can define such a name for a footer element in excel.

Maybe that's something for the ideas/experience site to let MS know that we miss this feature currently.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
