Well I never came across this requirement.
But if I am in your shoes, I will use C# using a Visual Studio Project and it will simply my needs will less suffering
Thanks Sohaib :). I will consult my senior.
Hi Mahesh,
In e.g. AX2009 reports could be rendered as PDF files. I have never looked how it was implemented. I assume it should be possible, but you need to have knowledge of the file format and possible use some Adobe components.
You can have a look at the next site for technical documentation: www.adobe.com/.../pdf.html
You could also work with the Word or Excel integrations from AX, and then save the generated document as PDF.
I have an example here: www.agermark.com/.../saving-financial-statement-as-pdf.html
Thanks Palle Agermark. I will show it to my senior and try to use it.
Meanwhile, My senior was able to convert the edited word template into PDF using C#.
Palle Agermark I downloaded .xpo file from the link you had given. The project contains lots of forms where I need to proceed in that huge project?
Hello Mahesh,
The xpo only contains minor adjustments to a single standard class. I have created a new link for you: http://1drv.ms/1atHoSf
Regards,
Palle
Okay Palle Agermark I will check. Thanks
