1.Is there a way to find the user who had logged into CRM for the last 60 days

2. can we find the areas the user has accessed once logged in

Thanks in advance

    Hi Lakshmi,

    Hope you are doing well.

With audit disabled in system settings, CRM is not tracking anything so we will suggest to enable the audit settings enabled and you can disable the auditing for specific entities like Account, Contact. There is no other simple option in CRM to track the users logged in CRM other than audit history. For areas of logged in user like user tracking, it is not available in system at this moment. Please find below very useful information about audit database table details, you can use below document as per your needs.

    Hi lakshmi_dharam,

For the time auditing was disabled, CRM hasn’t captured any logs for the user logging in. So even after enabling it now, you would not get the login details of any user for the last 60days.

Unfortunately, there isn’t any OOB method to capture the actions the user performs after logging in.

However, there is a solution we provide that you can check out called “User Adoption Monitor”, which tracks the actions that the user performs after logging into CRM, irrespective of the auditing being disabled. So using User Adoption Monitor you can track the actions performed by users without enabling the auditing.

Using User Adoption Monitor you can even track the user’s login and logout.

    Hope this helps.
