I have figured out how to import Knowledge Articles from Excel, but only through trial and error.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/customer-service-hub-user-guide-knowledge-article doesn't provide details.
I want to upload translations,by importing, but that doesn't appear to work. I use the same file, changing out the Content, Description and Keywords. It uploads successfully, but no new document translations appear. I could upload them as new KA numbers, but that's not what I want.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
Hello,
Since you uploaded the article, can you enable the language that you wish to translate to. To do this, navigate to Settings > Administration > Languages.
Best Regards
PG
Not sure how that enables uploading Excel files with translated content for each Knowledge Article, for example Language Spanish - Spain in the Language field; could you elaborate?
Hi,
I mean, since you have already uploaded the Knowledge Articles. You can enable the language that you want to translate to by going to Settings-Administration-languages.
Once it is enable, you can open an article and in the command bar you can click on translate.
Go to section "Translate a knowledge article in multiple languages" of the link that you provided.
docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-service-hub-user-guide-knowledge-article
hope this helps
I see, your comment does not pertain to importing (which is my question.)
