Hi,

Kindly help me this issue please and my AOS environment axapta 2012 r2

"Loyalty point discount are not configured for the cards that have the loyaty scheme"

Hi Shadab Khan,

Please configure loyalty discount in the loyalty scheme to which your card is attached and push the loyalty data to POS db ....

After that you did not face this issue...

Dear Mr Rana, Thanks for reply but i am using axapta 2012 r2 and in the scheme of Loyalty discount is not available please help..

I'm pretty sure loyalty doesn't really work in R2. Even R3 CU10 is shaky. You could try upgrading just your retail components and see if that fixes it.

Hi Shadab Khan,

You need to Follow the following path

Legal Entity > Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty schemes

Select your scheme of which your card is attached and open it.

Now go to Fast Tab of Redemption rules and create a rules and set "Redemption Type" as "Loyalty points discount".

Now, process Loyalty job. Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
