When a user submitted the Forms Pro survey link, it created 2 Survey responses record with the same values created at the same time.
There was only 1 survey email sent to the customer and we tried open the survey url and found that it is closed for submission. So, we eliminate possibility that the recipient has submitted twice.
We also noticed that the creation time is same for both the survey responses and it might be that MS Forms Pro has created duplicate survey responses.
Therefore, would like to check with that can we delete one of the duplicate response from Forms Pro to correct it and any impact it might cause or any suggestion ?
