Hi,

We had old company A and new company B has created.
Inventory team want to transfer few items from A to B, they manually created items on company B.
But in old company i.e. A has same items exist because they didn't use existing item transfer functionality available in AX.
Is there any way we can dispose off old company items ??
Or is there any way to issue through movement journal with negative quantity and cost amount (currently cost amount has disable with negative quantity) ??

Yes, you can use a Movement journal (with negative quantity) to remove items from inventory. The cost amount field is always read-only when you are using the Movement journal to remove items from inventory, because AX will use whatever cost method the item's have to determine the cost amount.

    Hi Rahat,

I'm not following your question easily. Do you want to block or hide some items in company A or do you want to transfer available on hand inventory from company A to company B?
