Alert when System Admin privilege granted to user

Hi,

Is it possible to setup an alert that would go out if someone was assigned the system admin user role? i'd also be happy with an alert / report when user privileges are changed or added.

D365 consists of many applications, such as Finance and Operations, Sales or Business Central. You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind. Please add this information.

Hi,

In the User's form, were you assign user role, there is no standard option to create Alert for assigning user roles. You might have to some customization.

Additionally, there is an option to create alert for security user role in "Assign users to role" you can check if this option works for you.
