exporting data to excel that has an EDT/Enum

Hi,

When I export data from EmplTable the Gender field in the excel is not showing Male or Female but instead it showing  001::@SYS34751. Is there a way I can export it with Male or Female value? I try to change the property of the Enum EmplGender >UseEnumValue= No but still no effect. 

I need to convert this enum into text such as MALE or FEMALE so i could import excel file with text value.

    This is not normal behavior.  I will assume you are using ax 2009.  You should see 001::Male or 002::Female in the file.

    Have you modified this enum?  Try stopping the AX service and deleting the ALI and ALC files for the language you are using, start the service and try the import again.

    Is there another way which i can do it?Maybe through code via Conversion.
