Hi,

New production environment is created, admin access is give to user,  user logs in to EP successfully and can access all projects etc but when user clicks on the "All timesheets" or new times sheets then 404 error - page not found error appears.

If we right click on the page in AOT and try to deploy then message appears that page is already deployed.

Is there anything missing for TimeSheet link?

thanks

Nadeem

    Hi Nadeem

Are you able to access the link for the Time Sheet on the IIS server, where the EP and SharePoint is installed ? There are a few cases where the reporting and the analysis services work on the IIS server, but not on the non IISserver. If this is the case, then please follow the link.

    community.dynamics.com/.../115275 might be helpful.

    Nadeem,

Also can you please let us know which version of SharePoint are you using ?

If it is an issue with the Kerberos and NTLM record in the SharePoint server, you may not see the other reports on the EP too.

To start with, I would recommend you to check if you are able to access the time sheet link, on your local IIS server on which the EP and the SharePoint is installed. If the link is not accessible on the EP server, it indicates that your deployment of EP is the issue and you will have to re-deploy them.

    Hi Sandeep,

I can connect to EP from IIS server and from outside.

All other linkes are working. Only when I go to  project management on EP and click on Timesheets then I get the error.

If I go to EP employee services page and then click on new timeSheet or all timeSheet page then I get the error of 404 which means that page can't be found.

All other EP links are working.

This is a new EP installation.

Microsoft sharepoint foundation 2013 is running on IIS server.

We have tried restarting the IIS service as well same issue.

    Thanks,

    Regards,

    Nadeem

EP was not finding the timeSheet page so it needed a redeployment.

I tried the redeployment but got the 401 authentication error.

Basic authentication was disabled on "SharePoint Central Administrator" site in IIS manager.

    Enabled the above.

Used the deployment option from systemadministration - >setup ->  Enterprise portal -> Deployments.

Reset the IIS and TimeSheet pages apeared correctly.
