Learn Dev ALM F&O by Training or trial environment ?

Hi friends,

Just want to know, can I learn Dev ALM F&O with Training or Trial environment ?

While writing this, I found this article -> https://axcademy.com/2020/06/03/how-to-get-a-free-trial-dynamics-365-fo-instance/ but I haven't try it yet. I tried the Trial environment once before, but obviously this one has no code, is the Training environment true ? again I must say I haven't try and gonna try it after this.

But the point is, if it is true, can I learn and try out Dev ALM with it ?

As far as I know, no. You need to download and deploy a local VM to have access to the code.

It is quite sad news, is there anyway I can learn this? I mean beside watching YouTube video.
