Hi,

I would like to change in the MS Dynamics Customer Service - incident-menu in the interactive form the section and show a text that someone can read.
It should be like a help text. How can I display this? So far I can only make fields where someone can enter data but I cant insert any text field where I give a long explanation about a field.
Is it also possible to change the color of this text?

Also, I would like to show in the COMPANIES register of MS Dynamics Customer Service in the form a possibility that the street1, zip code1, town1 and company name are shown altogether in one field, where you can copy all the data at once.
Like a summary. So for example not like this:

Company Name: X Ltd
Street 1: 222, N W 23rd Street
Zip 1: 10247
Town 1: Berlin
Country 1: Germany

I want it like this combined, if possible with a button to copy it at once so you only need to paste it in an email:
X Ltd
222, N W 23rd Street
10247 Berlin
Germany

Thank you in advance for your help.

How to show data in a form to make it possible to copy it / not a text entry field
    Hello Fiona,

    thank you for your help.
I know the hover field, but I wanted to find another solution.
Do you maybe know any other possibility?

Also, how can I make in the view menu a font color to red or a background color?
I cant find any answers anywhere to all of these matters.

How to show data in a form to make it possible to copy it / not a text entry field
    Hi Community Member,

To your first point, the Tool Tip could be used to achieve this. When your user hovers over the column, the Tool Tip will appear which will define or describe this column for them.

To set this up, navigate to the Maker Portal and add a Description to the column you would like the help text against:

Once published, this will then display when the column is hovered over:

To your second point, to my knowledge the only column OOTB you can currently click on a link to is the URL column. You could try achieving this with some custom JavaScript to then enable copy/paste, or submit as an idea on the Ideas (dynamics.com) forum.

If this answer was helpful, please consider marking it as verified :) Any questions please let me know, and I will try my best to answer them!

    Kind regards,
    Fiona
