Hi Community,
Currently working on preparing a demo for Native Voice in Omnichannel.
One of the greatest features, sentiment, is not showing correctly in the conversation form.
I think this is really strange, because if I go to conversation sentiment (under related) there IS a sentiment stored in the database and linked to this conversation:
The really really annoying thing is that conversations are managed and I have no clue why or how this happens.
Please help.
