I need to add commercial or other messages to the invoice document, like Merry Christmas etc. Is this supported in any way standard, AX2012? Form notes does not really do the trick and document handling seem to only be sort of a local thing. Any ideas or is it programming required?

    Why does form notes not do the trick?  If you don't want to use that functionality then some MorphX development would be required.

    Hi SteRyd,

    the form notes are the right way to bring a special text on each invoice.

    If you wan´t to edit a text for a special invoice than you have to enter the text via document handling after the posting the delivery note.

    Kadriye,

    Out of the box SalesInvoice report does not display document handling text on order header.  It would have to be entered at the line level which is not a great option.

    Hi Kent,

    the document handling is standard an works out of the box if:

    in AR - Setup - forms - form setup

    invoice: include document on sheet = all and

    include document type : note

    I tested this in ax standard without any modification.
