Guys, is it possible do a copy of CI database environment to other environment?
Hi Gavasc,
We are working to enable users to copy configuration from their existing instance into a new instance, and we plan to preview the feature in a couple of weeks. Please let us know if you wold like to participate in the preview and we will inform you once the feature is available for preview.

The feature you want is under development presently.
Within weeks we would get a chance to explore this Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights feature.

We are pleased to announce the preview of the copy configuration feature in Customer Insights. When you create a new CI production or a sandbox instance, you will now be presented with an option to copy from an existing instance.

I've just tried to copy instance configuration from one instance to another as explained by John here: www.youtube.com/watch
However, I have 2 issues with it:
1. swagger is down (global.api.ci.ai.dynamics.com/.../index.html
2. I only see "reset instance" under Instance Management. Where do I find the export instance command in here (developer.ci.ai.dynamics.com/api-details
I want to avoid doing the same stuff again and again for CI trial
Would you please advise how to solve this issue?

As of Nov 2022, the environment copy feature is in preview. Any tentative timelines for the GA?

Sorry with the delay here.
We don't have a GE timeline yet as we need to answer some requirements in order to do that and it's not funded at the moment unfortunately.
I took a note to ongoingly update you on that (evert couple of months).
