Topic clustering not running or refreshing

I've made changes to the topic clustering Insights settings that are used in the Customer Service historical analytics reporting. However, this "Last successful run" shows empty, and my changes are not being reflected in the dashboard. 


Does anyone have insight into the run cycle on this AI model? The documentation below shows how to configure these settings, but my model is not reflecting these changes! It's frustrating. I'm sure there's something I'm missing here. Any thoughts???
