Workflow yellow action bar shows in below/bottom of ax form.
Normally all the workflows yellow status bar and submit button/action buttons are shown together on top of the form. I have searched the internet for days and couldn't find any answer for this, any help is appreciated a lot.
Note: version of MS dynamics ax is AX 2012 R2

I have not been able to find a problem on LCS and would thus recommend that you reach out to your development team in order to have a look at this issue. If your colleagues cannot find something specific, open a support case with MS.

The issue exists in development environment/production environment for all users even after we deployed the workflow in production environment the issue exists there too.
I've reset my usage data as suggested however the issue still remains.
This issue exists only in this form, other forms are functioning fine.

Are you the only one that sees this issue? If this is the case then reset your usage data, open the form again and try again.
