Hi Roaa, Can you pl share whats the business scenario for this requirement? Using code may be achievable but you need to take care of consistency.
the user was trying to lost quotation and then by mistake he did confirm it.
I don't have a system with this setup currently, but you can give a try to this,

Pl mark answers and verify when your issue is resolved.
Confirmed quotations could not become canceld or lost after it is confirmed, the only way I found is to cancel the sales order that related to the quotation.
