Hi All,
I have a question, In AR module > Customers > Transactions. I am not able to see the "Settlement" Transaction type after doing payment entry. I want that the system show the Settlement line in the customer transaction even if it has fixed Dimension values. Can someone please help which setups to done so that system can show the settlement transaction on customer transactions?

Hi Daizy,
If you want to view the settlement transaction, how about using the interface of View settlements? The View settlements button on the Action Pane provides quick access to the settlement history and detailed information about the settlement transaction. You can also show additional transactions that are related to the selected transaction.

Hi, System will not create any settlement transaction if there is not any difference between transactions in the dimension values.
