AX2012 Retail POS suspended transaction and delivery method

Greetings everyone 

i'm trying to did Customization for POS by creating for a restaurant

So i created a form for dine-in, and link it to other form which have dining tables for reserve

so from this form i want start to reserve dining tables and i'm thinking to use Comment as reserved dining tables
The scenario will be like this
i'll press button of dining table1 will be colored to red and a value will be assigned to the Comment="table1"
and I want to suspend the transaction until they finish from eating and asked for invoiced
then after payment the button color will be back to normal

my question is do you think Comment is better way to link with suspended in this customization?!

and what's better field to link with suspended?

    if its was easy then it would have been done long ago, LS worked on a vertical for hospitality and pos but it took a long time and has not had widespread adoption. 

    There are many inexpensive pos from which to choose.

    Fine dining pos  has a lot of complex requirements  and is quite different from retail needs.  Most of those are not needed in the erp system e.g table combinations and splits, split billing, etc

    Menu engineering and costing  can be done in Ax but you have to be clear whether ktichen staff will also work in Ax, and what kitchen systems are used.

    its not a project I would undertake lightly - if its small and simple then they will probably not want to buy Ax licenses for all end users,  tis its big and complex then it will need a lot of development..
