Marketing form submission exception in creation of contact

Hi community,

maybe anybody can help me with the following issue:

our customer has hosted a marketing form on their external website. Therefore the generated script code was embedded.

When submitting the form, the system displays following error message:

Exception in creation of contact

Activity id: a51d4d4b-e752-4f0c-8fa7-437ab7aaaafb, Request id: LHgysga9ni5VQmRL8mE2WxxnyAAXA8A4ej_n5X2xxdk_0, Exception: An item with the same key has already been added.

The marketing form has the formtyp "Landing page" and is set to update contacts and leads.

    Try to disable any possible duplicate detection rules, or plugin which will be triggered on creation of Contact or Lead.

    community.dynamics.com/.../issue-when-creating-a-new-contact---an-item-with-the-same-key-has-already-been-added

    Also, check whether your matching strategy was configured well.
