Unified Interface Add new button Does Nothing

I have a CRM 365 V9 on premise that was migrated from 2011.

When using the unified interface when I click on Add New from a related entity sub grid nothing happens.

If I create a new organization that is blank the buttons work just fine. In both instances I am trying to add an opportunity to a contact.

I'm sure it is something legacy that has made it through the various migrations.

But it's driving me crazy.

Hi, can you check if the entity has the mobile enabled? This could explain why you cant create records in UCI and can in legacy

So I cannot click on Customize Command in the Ribbon Workbench. I was able to do it once but now I can't.

I reloaded my test environment and cannot modify and commands on OOB buttons.

I believe the issue I have is the command core is being migrated from older system and is affecting the new buttons but I need to be able to modify the command in order to fix this then post the final solution.

Yes I can add through the legacy interface.

Yes it appears to be the same.

But I think It may have to do with the library it loads.

Is it equal to command you have in working instance?

This is button. What I would love to see is command. Can you click "Customize Command" on "Add" button and post screenshot here?

This is the out of the box button that does not work.
