Custom Code Not Working Stable.

Hi Guys,

I have trouble custom code Javascript with Unified Interface. It seem like the code ran earlier than the Unified Loading and it made script errors. it also caused some button failed.

This happened on unified UI only, the legacy custom form is working fine.

    Hi Meg,

    Not knowing the details of your JavaScript errors, I suggest running Solution Checker as a first step to uncover any potential issues.

    If that does not help, please log a support ticket from your admin portal.

    Meg, if you can share your code that would also help. Possibly someone can assist you with this. One thing that you need to make sure is that your code is not accessing the DOM. This was always unsupported, but would never "break" the functionality until now (UCI).
