Can you please suggest ,Is there any way to read the PDF Document which is not Invoice but i need to read it in NAV.
Note: I have communicated with OCR (KOFAX ICS support ) as per KOFAX without invoice they can not read.

While the KOFAX solution itself is capable of more than reading just Purchase Invoices, the NAV integration scenario as implemented by Microsoft focuses only on Invoices. If you look at the list in Hannes' screenshot, these are all invoices for different languages/regions.
The Incoming Documents area is capable of "converting" an attached incoming doc to various document types (Sales and Purchase Invoices / Credit Memo, Journal, etc.), this simply involves creating a document of that type with the incoming document as attachment. However, to reiterate, the only scenario where converting also includes OCR from KOFAX is Purchase Invoices.
For your scenario, you can either talk to KOFAX about using the API to create a custom solution, or look for other ISVs who have OCR solutions for NAV (unlike KOFAX, you will have to purchase these solutions).

The built-in OCR solution of NAV does support the following invoice layouts.
I would try to process your PDF-document anyway and check the result. Your document looks like as it is not so far from an invoice away ...
And I know that the Kofax-solution does have some kind of "learning ability" to recognise the same structure again and again.
