Hi ,

I have to create BOT user in dynamics 365 (Trial Instance) as suggested in Microsoft doc.

I know how to add user from admin portal but it seems that there is no option to select "BOT user" from admin portal.

Can anyone suggest me how to add "BOT user" in trial instance. ?

In order to create a user you need to have omnichannel installed,

A bot user is created as an application user and assigned with the Omnichannel agent role. Creating an application user is supported in the Web Client only. To create a bot user, you must:

Get the Microsoft App ID of the bot.

Create an application user and add bot-specific information to the application user.

You can refer this link to get the Bot user created.
