Dear Experts,
I use Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012
I want to reopen quality order but get this error notification
When I check to item batch transaction, there is movement happened
I guess that's why the system can't block item for quality testing
And here is item sampling setup for that quality order
My question is how to set quality order to skip blocking item?
So, the users can reopen quality order
If you have any recommendation and solution, please provide

Hi Bintang,
The quantity of quality order must be blocked, there is no OOB parameter to change it.
It can not be reopened it even if the negative quantity is allowed, unless the available quantity is 50.
Please manually create a new quality order with 43 quantity.
