Hi there,
I spent more than an hour on a chat with an human agent on the 10/03/2022 talking about Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the only sentence that he could say was "Would you like a sales representative to contact you?".
After a few attempts to get any information, I decided to agree to talk to a sales representative.
So, the sales representative didn't contact me and the other way to get attention is from here, the community forum.
Let's see how it goes.
I would like someone from the sales department to contact me about licenses please as I had some numbers from the site and now unfortunately the numbers changed and I'm not sure what is what anymore in terms of prices.
Can someone from Microsoft get in touch please.

Are you interested in purchasing directly from Microsoft or from a partner? Regarding Customer Service, you have 2 options:
Customer Service Professional (50$/month per user) and Customer Service Enterprise (95$/month per user). If you already ahve another product you might be able to purchase Attachment Licenses. On that same page you have the links to Contact Microsoft. You also have the prices for the regular AddOns: Digital messaging, Voice channel, Digital Messaging & Voice and Chats.
