Questioning about excel meta app in macbook for LCY

Hello,

I'd to know about the excel app in the macbook, I will give you an example in the screenshoot.

In Windows, it worked normally, like 10.30 it wil show 10.30 for items 1 then 9.40 to items 2 and it is total amount shown exactly the same.

but when I do in Macbook, instead of shwoing . it shows ,
and it won't total all the amount of these 2 items

Is there anything function should enable in Microsfot excel app on MacOs?
