Permission sets to view the "Qty. on Purch. Order" in NAV 2018

Hello,
 
I want to assign a additional permissions for a users to view the "Qty. on Purch. Order" in NAV 2018.
I know that this case has been solved in this question: Solved: Permissions to view Qty on purch order (dynamics.com), but after some time the most important screen is not visible.
 
I'll be very grateful for tip.

    Hello Wojciech,
     
    screens on that thread are Permission Sets, and after you open the permission sets page, you need to click on the Permissions action, and then you will get a list of all objects within that set and related permissions for objects.
     
    Check if you have permission to use the Purchase Header and the Purchase Line tables. 
     
     
    In the BASIC permission set you should have a permission for Purchase Header and Purchase Line tables.

    This seems to be a Flowfield. Hopefully the information below can give you some hints.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: What happens if users don’t have permission to read the table set in a FlowField?
