Error message on Visual studio

I am using VS 2019 version and facing error while debugging. Every time, I start debugging the code VS get crashed and throwing error:

Could you please let me know why I am getting this error to avoid frequent crash of Visual studio.

As right now, I used to close and re-open as an administration, build the solution and then debug again.

    Hi,

    You should repare the Visual Studio. Go to Control Panel, Programs, find Visual Studio Installer and select Change; a Visual Studio Installer windows will display, you should select "More" and in the dropdown select "Repair".

    Just like Israel suggested, you should update your visual studio by launching the installer.
