Cases being assigned automaticallynna

We’re creating cases, but some of them are being automatically assigned to ‘SYSTEM’ after the case has been created. This means we lose sight of anything that may need following up until we go through all active cases. How do we stop this from happening?

    I would recommend to check workflows/plugins that can make that assignment.
