    Hello Kooperativa,

    Hope you are well.

This type of loops normally occurs when the ADFS relying party continuously rejects the cookie presented by the client browser.

You can disable this LoopDetection feature so you can see the error instead, but its not recommended to keep it disabled.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../ad-fs-tshoot-loop

    powershell

    Set-AdfsProperties -EnableLoopDetection $false

The real troubleshooting should be on understanding why the client is sending an invalid cookie and that may be due to multiple reasons.

I would suggest you to open a ticket with support so we can help as that discussion may not fit here due to the need of extended logs and configuration checks.

    Possible reasons:

    - Time differences on CRM-ADFS-Client machines

    - Expired Token on client machine, but for some reason instead of requesting a new login, it is trying to use it anyway

    - Rollover of signing / decrypting ADFS certificates , where you need to renew claims and IFD configuration

    - Others

I tried sign in with my credentials on client machine and it was succesful.

I also renew claims and IFD configuration but it seems that not working as well.
