Hi Wafaa,
Looks like you don't have access to the directory you are writing to. In case you have access and are still getting this error, try running AX as an Administrator and try again.
It can be the case that the file is already in use by another program.
Hello i have already access to the file the error is in winapiserver::fileexists
Please check if the service account (on which DIXF is running) also has access to the directory and the file. The error is "FIleIOPermission failed".
Hi Gunjan
Thanks but how can i check service account?
You can check the following Windows service in the AOS server.
Please check the LogOn account against this service. You might need to check with your System admin in case you don't have access to the AOS server(s).
Hello Gunjan
the service is running and the folder and the file is shared i haven't problem to access to it
Please check the "Log On As" user mentioned for the service. Does this user have access to the folder as well?
yes the log on As user is mentioned in the folder shared he has access
Could you please try the following -
1. Run AX as administrator and try to validate.
2. Try using a different file and see if that works. This will help in identifying any issues with the current file.
