Instal Base management

Customer Services does not seem to have a customer install base management feature, one which is close I think is the customer assets in the Field services app.

Would that be a good solution, or does anyone have a better alternative. It should be embedded in our Dynamics 365 platform tools.

Does anyone has a suggestion?

    Hi partner,

This is by design, each app has its own unique business scenario.

If Dynamics 365 Field Service is also installed in your environment, then you can use the customer assets function of Field Service in Customer Services Hub.

Add the Customer Asset entity to the site map of Customer Services Hub.
