under sales and marketing-> periodic->sales update->Packing slip->printer setup, there are Packing slip and Packing slip (Copy),   we configured same printer to both, then when click OK (with the "Use print management destination" unchecked) to start post and printing, we only got one copy of the packing slip. what is the purpose of Packing sip (Copy)? even though i selected a printer it does not print anything.  is there any control in sales order to determine whether or not the packing slip  (copy) will be used when printing packing slip?

    Hi Vincent16,

You can use Print Management to get a second copy out. Do you ever need to print to different printers? I mean, you can print the Original and the Copy to different printers, but do you ever need to print Packing Slips for some customers to one printer, and for other customers to another printer?

thanks Guy, yes the Print Management on that order only have the default 'Original' configured so that's the reason the Copy does not print.  if I configure several copies on that order such as Copy1, 2,3, all the copies will be printed so the '(Copy)' is working for all the copies.
