Could you please help me with one solution please that would be great help for me.
Situation - our sales person attending a trade fair where they are getting lots of business card.
We want to know that which card details are already in our Dynamics CRM as soon as possible.
I know we have scan option in mobile device then quick create form will open and after saving the record we get pop up for duplicate.
Please advise any other solution.
