Hello,

I am facing one strange issue. I have setup all the user to logged in as NavUserPassword. I have also activated the Register Time Functionality.

Following are the issues:

1. Some users time gets recorded the next day (who logs in from different location using VPN).

2. The users whose time is recorded is wrong . One user who worked only for 3 hrs the time gt updated as 650 minutes and other user who worked for 7 hrs it is showing 9 hrs.

Please help on these issues.

Thanks!!

The client is using Cyberroam VPN and accessing the NAV Client. The instance is configured by using NAVUserPassword.

What exactly VPN are the users using? How they access NAV server - via RDP or using NAV client?

Thanks for the instant reply..But I have checked the time zone on server as well as on the User's PC and it is same.

I have not used this functionality before but one thing i would suggest is to check the time zone setting on the server and see if that is causing an issue, if you have different time zone. Try changing timezone on your machine and see if that is causing inconsistency.
