Activities part of a Case

Hello

After a while dealing with Activities, Cases and Queues the penny is finally dropping, I think!  However what does confuse me is why would an Activity, created and added to a Case in a Queue, not be in that Queue itself? It doesn't make sense to me.

    Activities are not added to queue becuase of case being added to queue. To meet this requirement, you will have to create a process in Dynamics to add activities to the queue. Most likely a custom process that will identify the queue of the case to add the activity.
