Hi Can we DL the insight data such as opening rate/CT/CTR/bounce rate etc for marketing Emails or even compare them for a specifc period?

Insights data refers to all data in Insights tab for each signal record:

If you want to have custom reports, you need to download the insights data on a blob storage and create power bi reports. We currently have similar requirements and that seems to be the only option and get customized insight reports.
