This is CRM on-premise, which isn't an option below when selecting a version.

When installing v9.0.18 we recived the following message. However the update was successful. Is this something I need to worry about?

info| Copying failed: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\iisbrotli.dll' because it is being used by another process.
12:42:17| Info| Error in installing Brotli compression module, Error: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\iisbrotli.dll' because it is being used by another process.

Hello Joe,

As Bipin mentioned, since it's showing as information it should be fine but it looks like the error is coming from IIS so you can check IIS logs as well to see if it provides any additional info about it.

Hi,

As per log the log level is info so I don't think there will be any issue.

Make sure you perform sanity test and validate all test cases to see if everything works after update.
