Filter views with customized sales stages

Hello Community,

I want to create a lead view that includes the current sales phase as a filter criterion. For the leads section, a custom business process flow has been created that includes different phases.

However, in the filter view these phases are not displayed to me, but only the default value "qualify". The default process is not active anymore.

Hi Kevin K.

Every business process flow is associated with the table. If the name of the BPF is 'Sales to lead' then the table should follow the same name. The relationship between the table, (in your case it is lead) is not 1:1 so you won't be able to find anything on lead's table related to stages. You should need to go to the relevant table for these details. In my cases I added the table in the model driven app and got desired results

Hi,

For your business process flow you will have an entity with the same name as your BPF.

So say your process flow is called "Lead To Opportunity Sales Process" you will have an entity called Lead To Opportunity Sales Process there as well.

So make a view of this entity.
