Hello Dears,

I have an issue while generating the report this message is showing 

" We've lost your connection. Click Close to continue working."

anyone has a solution for this issue?

    What environment did you have the problem in?Did you check the network?Did anyone else have the problem?

    We are seeing the same issue frequently in a Tier 5 environment mainly since updating to 

    Application release
    10.0.29
    Platform release
    PU53 (7.0.6545.54)
    Quality Update: 10.0.1326.53 

    Any updates in the *.29 version that may cause this?

    Is this happening for just a single user ? Your environment seems to be on the latest application version.

    Kindly try a different internet connection and let us know if the issue still persist.

    All environments, i check the network and working fine, yes, they have the same problem.

    Hi Abd,

    Is this happening on a custom report or even standard ones ?

    I do not think I have any of my environment yet on 10.0.29 to try to reproduce the same error. 

    I suggest you check of there are any quality update available on your LCS page and apply that on the UAT then test again. 

    Please do the above since you've confirmed that internet connection might not be the issue.
