Is this happening for just a single user ? Your environment seems to be on the latest application version.

All environments, i check the network and working fine, yes, they have the same problem.
Is this happening on a custom report or even standard ones ?
I do not think I have any of my environment yet on 10.0.29 to try to reproduce the same error.
I suggest you check of there are any quality update available on your LCS page and apply that on the UAT then test again.
Please do the above since you've confirmed that internet connection might not be the issue.
