Reg. progress Indicator in Dynamics 365 Online

Hi Everyone,

I have tried showing  Xrm.Utility.ShowProgressindicator and Xrm.Page.closeprogressindicator in the console using F12 and its working succesfully.

But when I tried the same in the Javascript web resource these Progress Indicators are not working and it is also not throwing any error to fix it.

Can you please let me know the issue behind this.

Or anyone has faced this before.

Please help.

    Check your console for any errors. Sometimes Xrm undefined error may come.

    Not sure if you're using the HTML web resource or something else, then parent.Xrm or window.opener.Xrm should help.

    Or use Parent.Xrm, window.opener.Xrm instead of Xrm in below :lines

    Xrm.Utility.ShowProgressindicator("message")

    Xrm.Utility.closeprogressindicator()

    I have tried everything above and nothing seems to work.i dont know what is causing this issue.

    It not  working  in  my local CRM also.

    please advise.

    Sorry but if you are using  exact same (Xrm.Utility.ShowProgressindicator) might have problem because in ShowProgressindicator (s is small and I must be capital) . Please try this:

    Xrm.Utility.showProgressIndicator("message");

    Xrm.Utility.closeProgressIndicator();
