Which cookies are used by Customer Voice?

Hello,

we're actually implementing Customer Voice as part of Dynamics 365 Marketing. Everything works so far, but we're not sure which cookies are used by Customer Voice compared to those used by D365 Marketing or Portals.

I couldn't find any information on this.

Can the Cookies that are used be managed somewhere in the Admin Center?

    Hi Lukas,

    The integration of Dynamics 365 Marketing with Customer Voice to generate invites or get alerts based on response are done natively using APIs, Can you clarify what you are referring about the cookies and management in admin center ?

    Hi Arjun,

    thanks for your answer. I refer to the cookies used when opening a Customer Voice survey. As I couldn't find any information on this I thought it might be available within the options in the admin center. As I don't have the global admin role, I cannot access it at our customers' system.

    Below you find a screenshot of the tracked cookies when opening a survey.

    Hi Welly,

    yes of course - we want to provide information, which cookies are used for which purposes when using "our" services - answering surveys on Customer Voice. We're located in Germany, so we have some restrictions on providing this information. I found information on cookies used on portals, so I thought the same information is available for CV as well.
