Dear All,

I'm getting below error while activating store commerce how to resolve this

Unable to fetch latest number sequences from the online server.

I have the same question (0)

Are you activating POS for this store first time? Please check if a functionality profile with a valid receipt number configuration is mapped to the store. If the configuration is fine, push 9999 and try again.

thank you for your response.

Functionality profile FN0001 attached to store, number series configured in the functionality profile and job ID 9999 successfully applied to channel database but still giving error the error, in the event viewer there is a warning mentioning store commerce version is higher than the CSU version,

I configured self-hosted scale unit with version number V1015132311205. what store commerce version will be compatible ?

Hi

Successfully activated store commerce after installing a version lower than the scale unit.

The version numbers on commerce is little confusing. Incase you want to find how does the commerce versioning convert into F&O versions, you can check the below article from our community member @Kurt.
