Hiding Work Order form(used a form component) from form selection

Hi All,

I copied the out-of-the-box 'Work Order - Customer' form and using the copy in the same way, as an additional tab on the Booking and Work Order combined mobile form.
As far as I can tell, all settings are the same for the 'Work Order - Customer' form and my copied form(added to model-driven app, security role settings), yet the copied form shows up as an option to select on the Work Order form:

If I don't select the form in the app designer, it is not available on the Booking and Work Order form.

Any ideas on how to have the new, copied form behave the same way as the Work Order - Customer form for example?
So it shows up in the Field Service Mobile app, but not as a selectable form option on the Work Order entity/table.

Hi,

Even though this new form is copied from the OOTB form, it is still a custom form which you have to check in the App Designer to use it properly.
