UK 100 VAT report - Do the numbers in the report have the correct sign or not

Hello!

I am now testing some setup for UK VAT and I would like to get verified if the report looks ok or not for this posting.

I have made a purchase for 6000 GBP at reduced rate 5 %. 

When generating the report in Excel it looks like this. Are the numbers having the correct sign or should it be
the other way around that the minus should be plus or?
