Field Service resource tracking

It's all a bit confusing!

I have downloaded the Field Service - Dynamics 365 V 9.1.207.0 on Android.

It's working ok however I can't seem to get any real time tracking. I have enabled location in system and for the App. I have enabled auto-sync and always on in the App. I have changed start and end locations in the User record to all types without success.

I have completed some jobs however I'm still sitting at my Start Location that I entered initially. My understanding is once I change to travel _> In progress -> to complete the mapping should show me at that job.

I have installed Glympse and set it to update Dynamics 365 as another test. Glympse had an announcement on June 20 that they are providing real time data for clients however I have had no luck in finding any Guides on setup of Glympse once solution imported have submitted Linkage code request awaiting response.

When I go to mobile tracking the map has no data on it and the Audit records view is blank

Any clues on logs to check etc to try and get some mapping working. Also note there is a new beta html 5 Woodford feature I will try next.

    Ok, make sure you enable the Google Maps geocoder api key as well as the Google Maps Javascript api key.

    Enable Track GPS position changes in Settings -> Woodford -> MobileCRM Woodford edit project and publish back to CRM.

    The www.resco.net/.../WoodfordGuide.pdf will help in some of these areas.

    we are also trying to integrate glympse with Dynamics 365 Field Service. We enabled the resources for Glympse. Next what? do we have to use glympse tags? if so how to find glympse tags for resources?

    I just installed everything as well. Haven't had the chance to look at this in more detail yet but it seems there are next to no articles on how to actually setup Glympse for Field Service.

    I'm trying to activate the location tracking on an iPhone, were you able to do so on Apple devices?
