I'm facing an issue automating the update process for Dynamics 365 9.1 on Premises, and I could really use your assistance.
I want to install the Cumulative Updates from
here.I have been attempting to use the /passive, /quiet, and /silent flags with the update installer, but the update process still launches the wizard, requiring manual intervention.
When i open the help with:
C://install//CRM9.1-Server-KB5023894-ENU-amd64.exe ?
i get:
Then i try to run:
C://install//CRM9.1-Server-KB5023894-ENU-amd64.exe CRM.PATH.ARGS='/quiet /passive'
But then the Wizard starts and requires my interaction.
I have reviewed the documentation and tried various combinations of command-line options, but I haven't been successful in achieving a fully silent update process.
Any guidance, suggestions, or best practices would be greatly appreciated. I want to automate the update process to streamline our deployment workflows and ensure consistency across our Dynamics 365 environments.
